On Germaine Greer

We all know that Greer loves priests, she doesn't have to make goo-goo eyes to prove it. It is a simple fact that women are prisoners of their biology.

"Maybe he loves Jesus"
"Maybe he loves Jesus" carusmm, what a strange thing for a Humanist to say (that is if you are one?).
I would have thought that agreeing with what Jesus had to say was a much better measure of a Christian than using the word 'love' which I have never been able to understand, in a religious context.
You sound confused, Anne.
You sound confused, Anne.
I mean to say, Anne,
I mean to say, Anne, eroticism is a tenderness of feeling not open to everyone. The simple mix the erotic with sex, even though the erotic is nothing as basic as sex. If anything, women are far too cultured for their own good. The popularity of romances is obvious evidence of this. (Greer has no right to rail against romance after 'The Boy'.) Humanism is erotic. I am easy to a dynamo. Christ, I am a man, show an interest in me and be attractive, and I am yours.
I hope that this explanation satisfies, Anne, although you may think that I am simply raving. Please don't be as bourgeois as to think that I am gay. It is just that I think the mind has to be engaged for there to be good sex. Anyhow, Anne, I must say that it has been interesting.
On Greer, there is one incomplete animal. Her reputation is built on air. As Jesus says in Matthew, 'Ye blind guides, which strain at a gnat, and swallow a camel.' Is it any surprise that most whores are Catholic? And yet Jesus said, Ye who is without sin cast the first stone. The scene is to die for: the best part of the Passion. He, Jesus, simply exudes power in that scene. His divinity can be brought out in other scenes. It is fascinating, the story, I cannot get enough of it. Anyhow, I digress. Someone so hapless cannot be harmful. Though make no mistake, I think that God is a fool and the Devil is his instrument. He might not be such a fool, however he is cruel. If anything, Greer shows the terrible paradox in being female, which can only be a good thing. Though she obviously does not realise that she is doing it, it just comes out naturally. Women represent a problem that I do not want to go away.
In memory of my mother. Men of God act as if they did not have mothers. Join us, all you have to lose is your soul and that doesn't exist like true faith.

Jenny, what exactly didn't you like? Generally, I tend to want to perfect things.
